As a Horace Mann ‘in-district’ Charter School, staff at BGA are employees of the Boston Public Schools, members of the Boston Teachers Union and other applicable bargaining units, and receive excellent compensation and benefits.

Most hiring takes place in February, March and April for the following school year.
