I am originally from Massachusetts, but ventured to Miami, FL for college to study Marine Biology at The University of Miami. I then came back to Boston and studied education at BU. During the summers, I used to teach biotechnology and molecular genetics labs at the Boston University School of Medicine at a science camp! As you can tell, I love science! When I am not teaching, I enjoy cooking new recipes, watching documentaries (usually about food!), and spending time with my husband, my toddler, and our sweet cats! This is my 10th year at BGA and I am looking forward to another great year of scientific exploration with all of you.
