Chandler Smoak has been teaching chemistry to 11th and 12th grade students in the Boston Public School system for the past 6 years. Prior to that, she completed her master’s program through the Boston Teacher Residency at the University of Massachusetts Boston with a focus on secondary science education. In her classroom, she is dedicated to creating an inclusive environment that fosters creative chemical thinking with a focus on real world applications while maintaining rigorous and effective practices for lifelong scientific curiosity. Outside of school, she enjoys baking, hanging out with her dog and baby, and traveling.
