As a Horace Mann ‘in-district’ Charter School, staff at BGA are employees of the Boston Public Schools, members of the Boston Teachers Union and other applicable bargaining units, and receive excellent compensation and benefits.

 

Open positions are posted on the Boston Public Schools website, which can be found here. Be sure to search for Green Academy to locate all positions for our school.

 

Most hiring takes place in February, March and April for the following school year. BGA values applications that specifically focus on why you wish to join our school community and support our mission. Generic applications are discouraged.
