Governance

​

At BGA, the Headmaster works with the Administrative Team to supervise the school’s operations. Each member of the Administrative Team supervises an area of our school such as teaching and learning, operations, Student Support Services or Green Programs. Each content area and grade level team has a team leader/facilitator and both the Middle School and High School have a Student Support Team.

 

Teachers and non-teaching staff report to their respective evaluators, administrators report to the Headmaster, and the Headmaster reports to the Boston Green Academy Board of Trustees and the Superintendent of the Boston Public Schools.
